PICKUP

Pickup is available for free in Lantz, NS

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. The address will be given with the notification as well as detailed instructions telling you where the pickup bin is. Please message ahead of time so I can have your order ready in the bin. Please close the bin so other orders are protected from weather conditions.

Please pickup within 5 days of your notification, or make other arrangements prior.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is $10.00

Delivery is available for areas from HRM, East Hants, to Truro and surrounding areas. This is based on postal codes entered into the delivery system. If you fall within these areas and are unable to checkout with the delivery option, please send a message to work it out!

Due to rising costs, schedules, and availability, delivery will take place 1-2 times a month for HRM and Truro areas. Orders located closer to our headquarters may be delivered sooner. 

Delivery days will be announced on socials when we receive enough orders to make a trip. You will receive a notification saying your order is ready for delivery. If you need special delivery instructions, please add that to your notes in checkout.

INSECTS & MINERALS

Calculated at checkout depending on size/weight of items.

Due to fragility of these products, Canada Post does not offer insurance for damage. Because of this, shipping these items is BUYERS RISK. If your item arrives damaged, I will refund 50% of the product price only, including shipping. This is unfortunate but I need to cover my costs and time.
